1. - The Idea

As with all projects step one is taking an initial idea and turning it into a detailed and approved delivery plan, this is one of the most important parts of the whole process and one that at Monument Projects Ltd we spend a lot of time on. Someone once said if you fail to plan then you are planning to fail and we couldn't agree more.
 

When customers first come to us with an idea we will sit down and really get to understand the brief and what they want from the finished product, How big? Which materials? Location? Orientation? Historically accurate or more abstract? Quite often these details aren't fully clear or thought out initially, but with our experience and processes we can help to define these until we have a detailed design of exactly what it is the customer wants.
