Paul is a former Royal Navy Mine Clearance Diving Officer with over 33 years service; retiring as a Lieutenant Commander.  He was awarded the British Empire Medal for his 'expertise, leadership and outstanding professionalism' during Operation Granby (Iraq).

During his role as the CEO of Diver's Gifts & Collectables, the company was awarded the Prime Contract for the MkV Monument at the Naval Diving & Salvage Training Centre, Panama City, FL, USA.  It is now apparently the most visited military monument in the State of Florida!

Paul is a spirited benefactor with a life-long history of raising funds for disasters, scholarships, a special needs school and charities including The Historical Diving Society, FORCE and S.U.R.E.  He is always up for a good challenge!

Tony was a founding partner in TradeMark Art before forming Monument Projects Ltd with Paul.  He is also a former Royal Navy Mine Clearance Diver serving for 16 years and recently managed the project which delivered the Royal Navy Clearance Diver's memorial bell to the Defence Diving School in Portsmouth, England.

Tony is passionate about fundraising for military veterans and causes and is proud to sit on the committee of the Royal Navy Clearance Divers Association.

Since leaving the Royal Navy in 1996, Tony's career has been in technical Project Management, mainly in the UK but also in Europe and the USA.

Tony's favorite saying "Good enough is never Good  enough!"
